Â
The special coating of textile fabric applied on the belts, allows a substantial reduction of the friction coefficient. Fabric applied on tooth (PAZ), reduces noise and friction. Also available with antistatic properties.

PAZ: Coating on the teeth. PAR: Coating on the back. PAZ-PAR: coating on the teeth and on the back
Coating in Cell Foam material
Polyurethane and foam rubber are easily compressible materials, depending on their density structure. The main applications are: labeling machines, transportation systems of light and/or delicate materials, glass and paper industry, vacuum conveyors.
Coating in Polyurethane
The polyurethane is, among all plastic materials and synthetic and natural rubbers, the most wear-resistant material. Its primary applications in industries with high demands for abrasion resistance, such as woodworking, ceramics, and glass manufacturing.
Coating in Rubber material
Both natural rubber and synthetic rubber coatings are available. Due to their outstanding properties(high friction coefficient and high heat resistance) along with extensive processing possibilities, these rubbers are widely used in the paper industry, ceramics, woodworking, glass, labeling, and packaging machinery.
Coating in PVC material
PVC material has a high coefficient of friction and a good resistance to acids. It is used in numerous applications: paper industry, ceramics, woodworking, glass, machines for labeling and packaging.
