①Belt Body: Made of 92° Shore A thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), providing excellent wear resistance and durability.
â‘¡ Tensile Cords: Made of high-tensile-strength, high-modulus steel cords, ensuring reliable strength and dimensional stability.
â‘¢ Tooth & Backside Fabric: The tooth surface is covered with PAZ fabric, while the backside can be covered with PAR or PAZ-PAR fabric (both tooth and backside surfaces). The fabric configuration can be selected according to specific requirements. Its main functions are to reduce the coefficient of friction, improve tooth meshing, and minimize operating noise.
